Yoga

The ancient practice of yoga supports wellness on all levels – body, mind, and soul. With regular practice, yoga’s benefits are far-reaching, and long-lasting. Yoga techniques quiet the mind, keep the body flexible and healthy, and bring peace and happiness to the soul.

I believe that yoga is for everyone. One of my teachers, Jivana Heyman, taught me, “If you have a body and can breathe, you can do yoga.”

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-Hr Certification) through Yoga Alliance. I am also also Silver Sneakers Certified and Accessible Yoga Certified.

I offer studio classes, group classes, and private instruction in several forms of yoga, including:

  • Gentle Yoga
  • Yoga for Relaxation
  • Yin Yoga
  • Hatha Flow Yoga
  • Accessible Yoga* accessible handicapped logo
  • Chair Yoga*
  • Bed Yoga*

*Therapeutic in nature, these forms can be adapted to any “body” regardless of age, ability, limitation, or physical constitution.
