Join me, Jana Baldwin and my dear friend Harsha Bipin as we explore improving health and wellness with you through Ayurvedic yoga and Ayurvedic nutrition practices.
We will introduce the Ayurvedic Doshas, or Body Types, and how they affect our physical, mental and emotional states. Everyone will have an opportunity to discover their primary Dosha and learn how to create more balance in their lives with simple Ayurvedic Yoga and Nutrition practices.
The workshop will end with a live, cooking demo of an Indian superfood dish called Khichidi – sprouted lentils and rice cooked in aromatic spices.
Everyone is welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
