As a first-time mother-to-be, I had no idea what I was doing. Jana developed a Pregnancy Action Plan for me that included everything from prenatal nutrition to overall wellness and self-care during pregnancy. It outlined specific foods important for baby’s development, exercises that were safe (and actually attainable… which is saying a lot when you’re carrying an extra 20-plus pounds), encouraged me to make time for myself while creating a new little life, and much more! It was incredibly helpful to have her support and guidance through such an important time in my life.
Having known Jana Baldwin for many years, I continue to be impressed with her knowledge, her wisdom, and her desire to learn more to help others. Jana is an EXCELLENT yoga instructor and showed me many excellent postures to help with my aggravating back. I have also received several Reiki sessions from Jana (and will have more), which have been truly wonderful – relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. Jana’s knowledge of nutrition astounds me! She makes nutritional shopping and eating seem easy, and I have learned much from her on HOW to shop so we can eat more healthily. Jana is not pushy and encourages everyone to take baby steps as they alter their eating & shopping habits. I HIGHLY recommend Jana for all of the beneficial tools she has developed over the years. Jana practices what she teaches and sets a marvelous example for everyone. I am very blessed to have Jana in my life!
