I’ve always been aware of good nutrition and I feel I’m in pretty good health for a 74 year old woman. When Jana invited me to participate in a nutrition coaching program, I was excited to begin. In three sessions I felt I just wanted more and more info. Jana was easy to work with and I appreciated her knowledge and willingness to share it. There is so much to learn, and to enjoy the benefits of good nutrition.
I met with Jana on several occasions so she could help me with my diet, eating more naturally, and losing weight. These were the most productive meetings that I have ever had with anyone. She taught me how to eat right, portion size, how to make cheese using nuts (which, by the way, is delicious). She was very kind and concerned with helping me. Jana is very easy to talk to and listens without judging. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition/exercise and what is good and bad for the body. Whenever I needed to call her she was always willing to talk on the phone with me. I would totally recommend Jana Baldwin for any nutritional, diet, exercise needs that you might have.
